First I recommend doing a 8-10 minute warm-up. Jog, jump rope, do jumping jacks - whatever strikes your fancy. Just make sure you're getting your heart rate up. Now the fun begins!
- Do 10 regular push-ups
- Hop up into standing position - now do 10 lunges with right leg - switch and do 10 with the left
- Now the pyramid kicks in! Hop back down into push-up postion and do 9 more
- Hop back up again! Do 9 right leg lunges then 9 left leg lunges - Get it?
- Continue the push-up/lunge circuit pyramid until you get to 1 rep.
Not bad, right? Quick - easy - effective. No more excuses! Now, since you're a little less lazy and a lot more strong, go ahead and enjoy the rest of your day :)
